Denver Broncos stadium catches on fire, suites and seats up in smoke

(The AEGIS Alliance) – A fire in the mid-sized range erupted ablaze on Thursday at the Denver Broncos NFL stadium.

Firefighters swiftly controlled and contained the fiery flames at the 300 level of Empower Field at Mile High, according to a set of tweets by the Denver Fire Department.

The fire consumed dozens of seatings and a number of suites. Nobody was injured.

Firefighters stated they were still operating to identify the source of the fire, however, it started in a construction location, the stadium tweeted.

The stadium’s fire hazard sprinkler system was actually incapable of controlling the blaze, the fire department mentioned.

The Broncos haven’t played since January 8 in a game they hosted against the Kansas City Chiefs in a lost game with a score of 28-24 during Week 18.
