Two Arkansas Men Arrested for Raping a Teenage Relative

(The AEGIS Alliance) – BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS – Two Benton County, Arkansas men have been placed under arrest and face charges of raping a teenager relative.

Deputies arrived at a call to a home on January 1 in Gentry regarding a case of sexual assault, according to the police report and KFSM.

The female teenage victim said to investigators that she had been “sexually abused” by Levi Yoder on multiple occasions that happened over the last three years, KFSM reports.

The police report notes that the teen said Levi made an apology for his actions and asked the teen to “pray for him.”

Devon Yoder has also been arrested for raping the teen girl on multiple occasions. The teenager told authorities that Devon made her watch pornography when she was younger. The teen would made attempted to get away from him, but Devon would tell her to “stop.”

Devon has been arrested is facing a Class Y felony rape charge, he also faces one count of a Class B felony second-degree assault charge, according to KFSM.

KFSM reported that Levi has also been arrested and is facing two rape charges and one count of second-degree sexual assault. Levi is being held at the Benton County Jail on a bond amount of $100,000.
