Louisiana man charged with raping, impregnating 11-year-old girl
(The AEGIS Alliance) – A man in Louisiana has been charged with raping and impregnating an 11-year-old little girl in a horrific ordeal that includes the man allegedly admitting that he sexually abused the young girl in a Walmart parking lot.
Cleto Montoya-Rodas, age 41, was being held on a $550,000 bond as of Monday after the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested him last week on first-degree rape and sexual battery charges, jail records indicate.
The arrested pedophile reportedly admitted to sexually abusing the kid that includes at least once outside a Walmart in Metairie, however, he denies vaginally raping her, a department spokesman informed local media.
The abuse allegations surfaced after the victim took a pregnancy test and discovered she was pregnant, NOLA.com reported on Sunday. The youngster’s mom told detectives she confronted Montoya-Rodas, who is known to the household, and he admitted to having inappropriate contact with the young girl.
The victim contradicted his account, saying the suspect raped her on a number of occasions in December, authorities stated.
Montoya-Rodas has been banned from contacting the young girl until the case has ended.
