Influencer Evicted And Homeless After Throwing Dog Poop From Miami High-Rise Apartment

Entitled "Alpha Male" Becomes Homeless From This TikTok..

Why did a viral TikTok lead to an eviction notice?

A young Miami influencer named Isaiah found himself in legal trouble after posting a video that showed him throwing dog waste off his 24th-floor balcony. In the footage, he labeled the act as a “high-rise method” for getting rid of pet poop and waste without needing a cleaner or leaving the apartment. The video captured the dog poop falling multiple stories before hitting the public sidewalk below.

The content quickly went viral, but not for the reasons Isaiah intended. Neighbors and local residents identified the building and reported the behavior to the property management office. Within days, Isaiah returned home to find a “Notice to Vacate” attached to his front door, giving him just seven days to leave the premises.

“What I thought was a harmless video here on the balcony… ended up not being a harmless video,” Isaiah stated in a follow-up post. “I got served an eviction notice. We had a good run here.”

What was the “Dark Side” of his success?

Before the “dog poop” incident, Isaiah frequently posted content regarding his lifestyle as a 21-year-old entrepreneur making $10,000 a month. He often spoke about the “dark side” of getting rich young, which he described as a period of intense isolation and the loss of old friendships. He claimed that his success required a “new identity” and a strict routine that separated him from his peers.

Critics have pointed out the irony of his “mindset coaching,” noting that his lack of civic decency contradicts the professional image he attempted to project. Despite claiming to have “retired” his girlfriend and living his “dream life” in a resort-style high-rise, his actions led to him being labeled “dog poop man” by internet commentators.

“I isolated myself for many, many months on end… I literally forgot how to socialize and I was a completely new person,” Isaiah explained regarding his rise to wealth.

The neighbor took the video to the leasing office, leading to the demand for possession of his unit.

How did the influencer respond to the “Karens” who reported him?

Isaiah did not take responsibility for the health and safety risks associated with throwing waste into a public area. Instead, he blamed “Karens” and a specific neighbor who commented on the video for his sudden homelessness. He claimed the neighbor took the video to the leasing office, leading to the demand for possession of his unit.

Even with the looming move-out date, Isaiah continued to post “flex” content. He shared videos from a cigar lounge, claiming he woke up to $5,000 in “internet money” and asking his followers whether he should move to Los Angeles or Austin next. Property experts note that most high-rise leases include strict clauses making tenants responsible for any objects—liquid or solid—that fall or are thrown from balconies.

“Basically shout out to that Karen. Video was not making me homeless… Although we’re going to go homeless life is good. Shout out internet money,” he remarked while smoking a cigar.
