Kentucky Female Judge Accused of Having Group Sex in Courthouse with Staffers

KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY A judge in Kentucky is facing nine charges of official misconduct after accusations of her having threesomes in her courthouse office with staffers, she also allegedly allowed employees to drink alcohol and get drunk while on the job.

Dawn Gentry is a Family Court Judge and the Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission is investigating allegations she gave attorneys preferred treatment who gave in to the temptations of her sexual demands, and who were also giving her re-election campaign donations, RadarOnline.com reported on December 6.

38 year old Dawn Gentry’s accusers told the commission she turned the courthouse into a frat house and regularly had sexual encounters with staffers along with her pastor who turned into her lover, a man by the name of Stephen Penrose. It’s alleged that Penrose and Gentry has a threesome with the secretary in her office on one occasion, according to RadarOnline.com.

It was confirmed by the commission that Gentry and Penrose play in a musical band together, and that Gentry is being accused of employing the band’s guitar player in her court as a case specialist, even though he has no related experience. The judge’s ex-husband named Brian Gentry said judge Gentry and Penrose were having an affair while he was still married to her, RadarOnline.com reports.

A former staffer who worked with Gentry on a panel regarding cases about abused children named Katherine Schulz, claimed that judge Gentry attempted to make Schulz seduce her husband on Snapchat so that judge Gentry would be able to accuse her husband of cheating while an ongoing divorce battle was happening, RadarOnline.com wrote.

It is also reported that Gentry asked Schulz to have group sex with her and Penrose while they attended a legal conference. According to RadarOnline.com, Schulz claims she denies the advances from Gentry, and their relationship became bitter afterwards, then Schulz soon gave her resignation from the panel, according to the article by RadarOnline.com

A former Gentry staffer named Mike Hummel alleges the judge replaced him with someone who gave four times as much donations to Gentry’s re-election campaign, RadarOnline.com says.

Other accusers made claims that Gentry would often flirt with attorneys on Snapchat, and the judge allowed employees to consume alcohol while inside the courthouse.

There is a disciplinary hearing set by a Kenton County judge to take place within the next two or three months. Judge Gentry denies all of the misconduct allegations.
