Mark Zuckerberg vs Elon Musk Confirmed as Co-Main Event of Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul Boxing Match

July 20, 2024, is when the titans will square off! The much awaited fight between rising YouTube sensation Jake Paul and boxing great Mike Tyson will be streamed live on Netflix.

But there’s still more! Event planners have revealed a very special co-main event: a mixed martial arts (MMA) match between tech billionaires Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. This news has thrilled (or horrified) fight fans.

This fight isn’t like any other MMA fight. The three five-minute rounds will follow amateur regulations, which state that headgear is required, elbows on the ground are prohibited, and leg-twisting heel hooks are not permitted. In addition, 14-ounce gloves made specifically for the purpose will add a bit more padding.

Both fighters were contacted by BJJ Eastern Europe for comments, but Musk would not comment. Nonetheless, Zuckerberg didn’t hesitate to verbally taunt his rival:

“You think you’re going to come out here and be a walrus but you don’t realize I am a dolphin. And I’m going to eat you alive.”

Given that Musk is a +150 underdog, Zuckerberg is favored by betting odds, which have him at -200 (possibly because of his alleged MMA and jiu-jitsu training).

This may be an April Fools joke by BJJ Eastern Europe. Although it shows on Google that their article was published on March 31, 2024, there is a time difference between the U.S. and Europe, so their article would’ve landed on Europe’s April Fools Day.
