This is an old video from January 10th, 2017. I’ve massively improved my video editing skills since the time this video was created. We have a new video being worked on; and it ties into this video that never made it to our YouTube. It’s the only video I put a watermark on for The AEGIS Alliance.

Judicial Watch was shown these facts of Conspiracy to Commit Fraud on the Judicial System, but alleged to a concerned Citizen via email “they had a full plate due to Hilliary Clinton email scandal” Judicial Watch seem’s to be a bias Political Group, rather then a Watchdog for the Court System as they claim to be for the People. They have several Lawyers in Judicial Watch that were made aware of this criminal offense, and deception on the People of the State of Florida, they are guilty of Targeting. Judicial Watch is a scandalous entity of Washington DC. Anonymous has called out Judicial Watch to repair this manifested failure to chose what they will Expose. For a Court System to allow such a rigging ,would implicate the Appeal’s Process ran by Attorney General Pam Bondi who seem’s to be entering into the Whitehouse with President Elect Donald Trump.

Donald Trump would not have won the Presidency of the United States if Judicial Watch or media would have Exposed this matter for the Department of Justice to take action.

Where the Bondi Connection Led

This article ends by noting that Attorney General Pam Bondi appeared to be « entering the White House » alongside President-elect Donald Trump, framing her as a figure whose appeals oversight could shield the kind of judicial irregularities described here. That trajectory played out in full. Bondi finished her time as Florida Attorney General in 2019, having reached the state’s two-term limit, and then moved into Republican legal and lobbying circles. In November 2024, Trump named her his choice to lead the U.S. Department of Justice, the Senate confirmed her in a 54 to 46 vote on February 4, 2025, and she was sworn in as the 87th U.S. Attorney General the following day.

For readers who followed the concerns this piece raised about accountability, Bondi’s rise sharpened them rather than settling them. The same official this article accused of presiding over a compromised appeals process in Florida was handed authority over the entire federal prosecutorial system. Her tenure, however, did not last a full term. In April 2026, Trump removed her amid dissatisfaction over the Justice Department’s handling of the Epstein files. The broader questions this article posed — about a resigned judge reportedly hearing cases as a senior judge, and about which watchdogs choose to look away — were never resolved by any of it, which is why The AEGIS Alliance keeps this record on file. Related reporting: Pam Bondi’s Florida record, the Goodyear 20th Circuit update, and Sheriff Mike Scott’s FBI file.

The Successor Now Has His Own File

The man who inherited Mike Scott’s office is no longer just a footnote. In November 2025, two federal investigations into Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno — allegations of money laundering and misappropriation of public funds — were closed after going to a grand jury. In January 2026, Ken Romano, a Bonita Springs jeweler Marceno once called his « most loyal friend, » filed a complaint with the Florida Commission on Ethics. The Florida Trident confirmed in May 2026 that the commission opened an investigation into a no-show consulting contract, unreported gifts, and cash allegedly kicked back to the sheriff’s father. Undercover FBI recordings capture Marceno assuring Romano that « what you do with your personal money is your personal business. » Marceno has called the kickback claims « completely false. » In June 2026 the Ethics Commission extended the probe by 60 days. The FBI walked away. The state file is still open.

The Closed-Door Hearing In Tallahassee

On August 28, 2026, Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno was due in Tallahassee for a closed-door Florida Commission on Ethics hearing on a second investigation — this one built around a complaint by former LCSO commander James Bogliole, including a 2024 whistleblower letter to the U.S. Department of Justice that WINK News reported the year before. The Florida Trident and WGCU said the session would hear staff findings and a probable-cause recommendation in executive session. The file stays sealed until the case is resolved. That is a second track, not a substitute for the Romano kickback probe. The nameplate on the sheriff’s door changed in 2018. The questions The AEGIS Alliance asked about the Lee County Sheriff’s Office did not.
