Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County took the file. No public comment from that office has been posted that treats the bathroom videos as a joke. Vazquez made the mugshot his TikTok avatar and opened a GoFundMe for a lawyer so he could “keep the laughs coming.” After arraignment he ducked cameras, brushed court officers, and tried an emergency exit. The algorithm still rewards the mess. The court file does not.
He was due back on June 30, 2025. Public reporting since then has not produced a published trial verdict. That absence is not an acquittal. It is a pending felony docket in a county that has already named the houses, the dates, and the charge titles. Until a jury or a plea changes the paper, the accusation remains what Suffolk police wrote down: three homes, hidden recording, and clips sent out for an audience.
