Also in this release are Leaked Epstein Files that have been available online since the end of June 2020 and contain many various Epstein court and other documents. One of the files is the FBI’s AI translation of what names are included in the Epstein flight logs, but part of the names was deemed illegible. Also included are Ghislaine Maxwell’s depositions from 2016 that are related to past court cases involving Jeffrey Epstein and his associates. The deposition transcripts, totaling over 400 pages, were unsealed on October 22, 2020, following a lengthy legal battle.

Also included are full court documents of three President Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein underage rape lawsuits. One of these lawsuits dates back to 1994 when plaintiff Katie Johnson who was 13 years old at the time was allegedly raped by both Trump and Epstein at the same time. She allegedly witnessed other girls being sexually and physically abused by Mr. Trump who allegedly physically assaulted two young girls after he had his way with them. Johnson stated Trump and Epstein had their way with girls who were even younger than her at the time. Johnson’s friend Maria who was also raped and physically assaulted on Epstein Island disappeared and has never been found to this day, no body was discovered, no trace of her.

After Johnson’s employment with Mr. Epstein, she received death threats if she ever told anyone. During the multiple trials, Trump used expensive lawyers who walked all over Katie Johnson with legal technicalities. In the years after we compiled this archive, the long fight to force the federal government to release its own Epstein holdings finally reached a turning point. In July 2025, the Justice Department issued a memo asserting there was no Epstein “client list” and reaffirming the official suicide finding — a conclusion that drew fierce backlash and skepticism, including from people who, like us, have long questioned the circumstances of Epstein’s death. Under mounting pressure, Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which President Trump signed into law on November 19, 2025, requiring the Justice Department to publish its unclassified Epstein records in a searchable, downloadable format.

The DOJ began releasing material on December 19, 2025, in waves that ultimately exceeded 3.5 million pages, though the rollout drew bipartisan criticism over heavy redactions, missed deadlines, and concerns that victim identities were not properly protected. Among the newly surfaced records were operational details of Epstein’s 2019 arrest and a January 2020 prosecutor’s note indicating that flight logs showed Donald Trump had traveled on Epstein’s jet more often than previously known. Trump has not been credibly accused of wrongdoing in connection with Epstein’s crimes, and the decades-old Katie Johnson allegations described above were never tested in court.

Ghislaine Maxwell, whose 2016 depositions are included in the archive above, remains imprisoned, serving a 20-year sentence following her 2021 conviction on five counts tied to the trafficking of minors. The court documents and depositions we gathered here predate those official disclosures and remain available in full above.
