Texas cop, wife charged for recording sex with 17-year-old girl

(The AEGIS Alliance) – A Texas cop and his wife had been charged on Wednesday for allegedly recording themselves having intercourse with a 17-year-old girl.

Samuel Tejeda, a Georgetown police officer, and Ashley Tejeda, his wife, turned themselves in on Wednesday after local police and the Texas Rangers started investigating the alleged crimes last week. The couple faces two counts of sexual performance by a child, which is a second-degree felony in the state of Texas.

KXAN in Austin obtained the arrest affidavits that alleges Tejeda had sex with the teenage girl on a number of occasions in her backyard and at the couple’s house in Jarrell, Texas.

The 17-year old is related to a coworker of Tejeda at the Georgetown Police Department.

KXAN cited one of the affidavits that says Tejada’s wife Ashley admitted to having intercourse and recording the teenage girl, however, she deleted the video after discovering she was being investigated.

Tejeda graduated from the police academy in January of 2017 and began his present job with the Georgetown Police Department in March 2018. He had no prior disciplinary reports.
