Chickasha Lieutenant Jeremy Alexander Booked 月 27 カウント 後に osbi 言う 彼 持っている 児童 性的 虐待 素材 と 虐待 a ジューシー

A lieutenant’s badge does not shrink a charging document. On Friday, October 9, United States Marshals booked Jeremy Markee Alexander, 39, into the Grady County Detention Center after the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation sent a warrant through the local prosecutor. News9 reported that the OSBI described 27 counts. Twelve are indecent exposure to a minor. Fourteen are possession of child sexual abuse material. One is child abuse. Alexander is presumed innocent.

Fourteen possession counts are not a rumor and they are not a single download. Twelve exhibition counts are a separate accusation that someone showed obscene material to a child. KSWO そして、 クロール carried the same 27-count total. トピックス described Grady County District Court papers as multiple counts of showing obscene material to a minor, multiple counts of possessing child sex abuse material, and one count of child abuse. Those phrases track Oklahoma’s obscenity chapter. The formal information, once posted, will name the subsections. Until then the OSBI tally is the clearest public inventory.

What the 27 Counts Against Jeremy Alexander Actually Name

The OSBI said the case is not only about files on a device. Agents said Alexander, a lieutenant with the Chickasha Police Department, had inappropriate communication with a juvenile and physically assaulted another juvenile. Search warrants followed. Agents said they found evidence that he possessed and received images of child sexual abuse material. Grady County District Court then issued the arrest warrant. Communication with one juvenile and an alleged assault of another are facts the bureau chose to state in public. They remain allegations.

Under Title 21, Section 1021.2, knowingly possessing, procuring, or manufacturing child sexual abuse material is a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison, a fine of up to 25000 dollars, or both. A conviction under that section is not eligible for a deferred sentence, and a term of two years or more carries mandatory supervision after prison. Later amendments sit beside that text. The charging sheet will decide which version applies. Aggravated possession, a separate statute aimed at 100 or more items, was not what the OSBI announced. Fourteen counts is a heavy stack. It is not a life-eligible volume count, and this report will not pretend that it is.

KOCO’s broadcast on the evening of October 9 walked through the court list in under a minute. The charge language starts just after the open.

How the OSBI Case Started on February 9

The arrest did not begin on Friday. The OSBI said the Chickasha Police Department asked for help on February 9 on allegations of possession of child pornography. A department calling the state bureau onto one of its own lieutenants is the part a booking photo cannot carry. Chickasha did not keep the file inside the building that employed the suspect. It handed the file to agents who do not answer to that lieutenant.

The OSBI credited the United States Marshals Service, the Grady County Sheriff’s Office, the Grady County District Attorney’s Office, and the District 3 and District 6 task forces. Search warrants, a communication allegation, an assault allegation, and a warrant had to leave the department, survive a state investigation, and reach a prosecutor.

The Protective Order His Adult Son Swore Out in Grady County

Sixteen days after that request, a second file opened in the same courthouse. On February 25, Tyren Juelz Alexander filed a sworn petition in Grady County District Court, case PO-2026-33, and identified Jeremy M. Alexander as his parent. Central Oklahoma Weeklies reported that Special District Judge Gina Lowe signed an emergency order the same day. It barred contact, ordered Alexander away from 1728 S. 17th Street in Chickasha, a campus address of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, and required him to surrender every firearm and any concealed-carry license to the Grady County Sheriff’s Office.

The petition, as the Weeklies described it, alleged a pattern of domestic abuse. Tyren Juelz Alexander wrote that he had been punched and choked and that he was scared for his life. He also alleged surveillance software on his phone and impersonation in messages. A protective order is not a conviction. Deputy Joe Meador served the papers at 3:45 p.m. and wrote that Alexander “would not come to (the) door but I heard him speaking with his wife.” She accepted the papers and turned over firearms the deputy thought “may be property of City of Chickasha.”

Judge Lowe recused the next day. The case moved to Special Judge David A. Stephens, with a full hearing set for March 9 at 2 p.m. On February 27, OSBI public information officer Hunter McKee confirmed that Chickasha police had asked the bureau to investigate child-abuse allegations against a city employee. No criminal charge tied to the son’s petition had been filed by then. This report will not invent the March 9 result. What is already public is the overlap. In the same month, the department asked the state to investigate child-pornography allegations, a son swore he had been punched and choked, and a judge ordered a lieutenant to give up his guns.

The AEGIS Alliance has tracked other cases in which a badge sat beside a child-sex accusation, including Mobile detective Jacob Clifford, bound over in Baldwin County, and Pennsylvania officer Steven Cugini, whose child-rape case is still waiting on a jury. Those files are not this file. A lieutenant on a jail roster belongs on the 報道について desk as well as the 犯罪机.

What the Marshals and the City of Chickasha Said Friday

United States Marshal Johnny Khulman, of the Western District of Oklahoma, put the arrest in one paragraph. “The United States Marshals Service received a request to assist with a warrant of Jeremy Alexander,” he said. “Our Fugitive Task Force immediately responded and took Alexander into custody without incident. We appreciate the assistance from the OSBI, along with our other law enforcement partners in Grady County.”

No incident means the warrant service did not become a chase. KSWO described him as a former lieutenant. KOCO’s script used the same word. The city did not. Its statement stayed inside personnel rules and still confirmed the timeline.

In the spring, the City of Chickasha was advised of an OSBI investigation into one of our police officers. The City fully cooperated throughout that investigation. On Friday, October 9, we were made aware that the OSBI submitted charges to the District Attorney’s office and an arrest was made. The City of Chickasha does not have information regarding criminal charges beyond what is publicly available from other agencies, and cannot comment on personnel matters. Questions regarding criminal charges may be directed to the OSBI or District Attorney’s office.

The department asked for the investigation in February. The city says it learned of that investigation in the spring and cooperated, then learned of the charges and the arrest on October 9. The statement does not say whether Alexander kept a badge, a gun, or a shift in between. The February order already required him to surrender firearms, and a deputy thought some of those guns might belong to the city. Readers should treat “former” as a word stations used, not as a sentence the city has published.

Party Records, the Prosecutor, and What Is Still Unproven

Jeremy Markee Alexander is a municipal lieutenant, not a candidate. A search of Oklahoma campaign filings and news archives did not produce a party registration, a campaign committee, or a partisan office in his name. That absence is the finding. It is not a guess based on how Grady County votes.

The prosecutor is a separate public record. District 6 District Attorney Jason Hicks covers Stephens, Grady, Jefferson, and Caddo counties. He filed as a Republican in 2010 and defeated Democratic incumbent Bret Burns. He remains in that office, and in July he became vice chair of the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth. The OSBI said the charges went to the district attorney. Hicks’s party is not Alexander’s party. It is the party of the office that will decide how the 27 counts are filed, reduced, or tried.

Bond, a first appearance, and the affidavit were not public on Friday night. Other child-abuse cases have turned on those pages, including a federal possession case that ended in five years after a plea to one count. Alexander has entered no plea these reports describe. An OSBI tally is not a verdict.
