This is an update on the previously published “Scott Huminski v. Lee County Sheriff Mike Scott – Corruption Case<\/a>” related to the court documents that have been obtained by The AEGIS Alliance<\/a> that are available for download<\/a>, free of viruses.<\/p>\n

There is something wrong with the justice system in Lee County Florida. Sheriff Mike Scott, a Kingpin<\/a>? The AEGIS Alliance had reported about Sheriff Mike Scott being a suspected Kingpin<\/a>\u00a0in 2016. Many individuals who have been victims of the court docket scandal have been spoken to by the defendant, they all know nothing of Judge Gentile or why he is listed on their cases. It is believed that sheriff Mike Scott conspired with judge Krier, to influence the judge’s rulings in Scott Huminski’s case. He exposed her, then she recuse’d and the State sent her back to the county she came from, Collier County. Although, the Sheriff connection is not certain as of yet. This is the same courthouse where Scott Goodyear<\/a>\u00a0is being tried<\/a>. A fair trial becomes tough when court personnel engage in fraud. There is a real sense of lawlessness in this county, and maybe generally in Florida.<\/p>\n

Scores of cases now have fraudulent dockets containing some or all of the below fraudulent docket entries errors,<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Listing Hon. Gentile as presiding over hearings that were actually presided over by Krier<\/li>\n
  2. Listing Hon. Gentile as presiding in cases he never participated in<\/li>\n
  3. Listing Hon. Gentile as presiding over cases before he became a judge<\/li>\n
  4. No Krier recusal<\/li>\n
  5. No assignment orders<\/li>\n
  6. Fraudulent krier\u00a0recusal order filed in 17-mm-815, filed in November and back dated to August, Krier or clerk lost original, a copy of a copy was filed months later with a fraudulent date.<\/li>\n
  7. Only\u00a017-mm-815 had an assignment order when Krier was ousted back to Collier, scores of cases requiring re-assignment orders by administrative judges.<\/li>\n

  9. Lee Court database should not allow inserting back dated documents, it invites corruption.<\/li>\n
  10. Huminski assignment order issued after hearing with new judge when Huminski pointed out the problem.\u00a0 The case needs to be assigned prior to hearing with a new judge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These flaws call into the question the integrity\u00a0of Lee Court records generally and the validity of cases after the hasty departure of Judge Krier after the scandal in the Huminski case whereby Krier lied and indicated an illegal ex parte contact regarding the facts of the case.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Judge Krier never filed a recusal in the County Court.\u00a0 After several months of letting Judge Adams know of this flaw,\u00a0 a copy of a copy of a recusal order was filed and back dated to 8\/14\/2017.\u00a0 Krier recused on 8\/1 and did not\u00a0 file the order on 8\/1 or 8\/14 or ever.\u00a0 It was filed months later as hearing transcripts will show my reminding Judge Adams that no recusal order existed.\u00a0 Some clerk doctored the docket.\u00a0 This is fraud.\u00a0 The State has unclean hands.<\/p>\n

    The following cases are identified by party names.<\/p>\n

    Jonathan McNabb – Judge Gentile did not preside over most of these hearings, Also no recusal of Krier or Assignment Order – fraud on this docket, legality of the judge transfer questionable.<\/p>\n
