On TikTok he was Tommy Tuffknuckles, a Coram 21-year-old with about 100,000 followers and a bit that involved dumping food on his own head in other people&#8217;s businesses. Suffolk County police say the bit jumped the counter. Between May 19 and May 24, 2025, they allege he talked his way into three private houses \u2014 two in Centereach, one in Selden \u2014 by asking to use the bathroom, then recorded the rooms and the people without consent.<\/p>\n<p>That is not a prank. The next day he poured a bucket of beans onto the floor at Wing Wah Chinese Restaurant, also on Middle Country Road. The owners closed early to clean. Commissioner Kevin Catalina put the line in plain English. The people in those houses were taken advantage of because they were kind. He walked out without bail. Prosecutors issued five stay-away orders. Conviction on the top counts can mean prison time measured in years, not community service and a wink.<\/p>\n<p>Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County took the file. No public comment from that office has been posted that treats the bathroom videos as a joke. Vazquez made the mugshot his TikTok avatar and opened a GoFundMe for a lawyer so he could &#8220;keep the laughs coming.&#8221; After arraignment he ducked cameras, brushed court officers, and tried an emergency exit. The algorithm still rewards the mess. The court file does not.<\/p>\n<p>He was due back on June 30, 2025. Public reporting since then has not produced a published trial verdict. That absence is not an acquittal. It is a pending felony docket in a county that has already named the houses, the dates, and the charge titles. Unlawful surveillance covers the camera in the house. Dissemination covers the choice to publish the image. Stack those eight counts and the case stops being a food-fight story. It becomes a privacy case with a social-media alibi.<\/p>\n<p>Catalina&#8217;s press line was the cleanest summary anyone offered. Kindness is not a waiver. A bathroom request is not a filming permit. Followers are not a defense. If Vazquez wanted a bathroom, he could have used one without a hidden camera.
