When Kelli Tedford walked into Cheshire County Superior Court on December 1, 2025, the question was no longer whether Keene police could prove she had urinated on food at the Monadnock Food Co-op. In April 2025, Keene police added charges from a January 2025 stay at the Courtyard by Marriott on Railroad Street. Police said Tedford urinated on a comforter, curtains, a Bible, and an air-conditioning unit, then defecated on the floor and put the waste in the toilet tank.
