North Carolina stepmom charged for castrating her adopted son

(The AEGIS Alliance) – A Wilson, North Carolina woman, age 33, is facing a number of charges consisting of attempted murder following the woman allegedly castrating her stepson who’s adopted.

On September 29, a Thursday, the Wilson County Department of Social Services got in touch with the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office concerning a potential child abuse case, WITN-TV reported.

The report derives from an occurrence on July 29 when a youthful boy was transported to the Wilson Center Emergency Department because of burns on a number of portions of his body, according to WTVD-TV. The kid additionally revealed bruises on his arms, scalp, face, genital place, and even more. He was at some point moved to the University of North Carolina Burn Center.

A judge apparently placed her bail at $2 million.
