(The AEGIS Alliance) – When police searched the house of a man implicated in a home invasion as well as attempted rape, they discovered hundreds of pairs of women’s panties, cops in Alabama said.

27-year-old John Thomas Uda is facing charges of attempted rape, 3 counts of burglary, aggravated unlawful surveillance, 2 counts of unlawful possession of a credit card as well as fifty voyeurism counts, according to the Dothan Eagle on Thursday.

Earlier this month in July, Uda purportedly burglarized a Dothan condo, however, the victim caught him in the act, cops said. The 2 got into a fight and the lady wound up in the hospital suffering from minor injuries.

Detectives investigated the matter further and found that Uda had purportedly broken into the residence so he could sexually attack her.

After he was apprehended, Uda apparently admitted to previously burglarizing that very same condo to steal the lady’s video game console.

When authorities executed a search warrant at Uda’s residence, they discovered 400 pairs of women’s panties.

“We have a theory that some were bought online because there is a marketplace for that,” Dothan Police Lt. Scott Owens informed AL.com.

The other charges originate from different occurrences through which Uda purportedly drove a woman to her home, watched her take her clothes off, and also took pictures of her debit card and the lady’s son’s Social Security card. He additionally purportedly “was taking pictures of coworkers from the neck down and he would use those to pleasure himself,” AL.com reported.
