Brooklyn teacher arrested for allegedly repeatedly raping teen stepdaughter
(The AEGIS Alliance) – On Wednesday night, a public school teacher in Brooklyn was apprehended for the purported raping of his stepdaughter several times while she was just 14-years-old, authorities said.
26-year-old Sergio Garcia who teaches at JHS 277 in Bensonhurst, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. for the repeated rape of the young teenage girl in his residence in 2017 between August and December while he was 21, police officers and authorities asserted.
Garcia has been charged with 2 counts of rape, along with charges for sex-related misbehavior, acting in a way that is damaging to a child below the age of 17, and also sexual assault, according to police.
The City Department of Education has not yet given a statement regarding the matter.
