Porn Star Ron Jeremy Charged with 20 More Counts of Alleged Sex Abuse Against Victims Ages 15 to 54

(The AEGIS Alliance) – LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA Adult film star Ron Jeremy is facing 20 more counts of sexual assault that involves 13 different females, the youngest of whom was only 15 years old, over a span of 16 years, according to an announcement on Monday by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Ronald Jeremy Hyatt was initially charged by prosecutors earlier in the summer with the forcible rape of three women and the sexual assault of another in different incidents that happened in West Hollywood.

Just days after the initial charges, prosecutors began to investigate another 25 complaints against the porn star, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The criminal complaint was amended on Monday to include 20 new counts that have been filed against Hyatt. The DA’s office listed the charges that read: “six counts of sexual battery by restraint, five counts of forcible rape, three counts of forcible oral copulation, two counts of forcible penetration by a foreign object and one count each of sodomy, assault with intent to commit rape, penetration by a foreign object on an unconscious or sleeping victim and lewd conduct with a 15-year-old girl.”

The new charges are in addition to the previous ones he is facing, which includes three forcible rape counts each and three forcible penetration counts by a foreign object, and one count each for sexual battery and forcible oral copulation.

The charges date back to 2004, and the ages of the victims range from 15 to 54, the DA’s office said. Hyatt allegedly sexually assaulted the teenage girl at a party in Santa Clarita in June of 2004.

The most recent incident occurred on New Year’s Day 2020. In that incident, Hyatt is accused of sexually assaulting a 21-year-old woman outside a business in Hollywood.

Six of the alleged sexual assaults happened at a West Hollywood bar that Hyatt frequently went to. An additional sexual assault is alleged to have happened in the parking lot.

Hyatt is due to appear in court and be arraigned on Monday.

Hyatt is facing a maximum sentence of at least 250 years to life in state prison if he is convicted on all the charges.

The LAPD, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, and the District Attorney’s Office’s Bureau of Investigation are investigating the cases.
