Prime Madeleine McCann Disappearance Suspect Found with Secret Stash of 391 Child Porn Photos, 68 Videos
(The AEGIS Alliance) – GERMANY – The main suspect in Madeleine McCann’s disappearance was found with hundreds of photos and videos of child porn with young boys and girls in them.
Suspect Christian Brueckner was using a Casio Exilim digital camera with 391 child porn photos and 68 videos stored on the device that show the abuse and rape of children, according to court documents.
This was the same camera Brueckner used to capture images of himself sexually abusing his ex-girlfriend’s five-year-old daughter.
The camera and what was stored on it turned into key evidence against 42-year-old Brueckner in two trials that he was accused of possessing child porn and sexually abusing the young girl.
In 2016, Brueckner fled to Portugal after he was acquitted, but gave a guilty confession after he was extradited back into Germany one year later. He was sentenced to 15 months in jail.

The Braunschweig District Court released a ten-page judgment that revealed the images depicted adults abusing children under 14-years-old, while others showed children being forced into performing sex acts.
The videos were downloaded online and then stored on the camera’s memory card, according to police.
The judgment also revealed there were some naked pictures of a different ex-girlfriend of Brueckner’s who wasn’t the mother of the five-year-old girl, and photos of his ex having sex with him.
A Reck P6E blank pistol was also discovered with ammunition in his house. The gun is illegal to possess under German law without a license.
The document mentions that the abuse of the five-year-old happened in 2013 on June 16, in Braunschweig at about the time German investigators put Brueckner on their radar as a suspect in Madeleine’s disappearance.
It mentions Brueckner captured images of the sexual abuse and “saved them on his later confiscated camera with the intent to later arouse himself sexually.”
Authorities were tipped-off about Brueckner after an appeal for Madeleine on German TV six years after her disappearance from the apartment her family spent holidays at in the Portugal resort Praia da Luz in May of 2007.
Brueckner resided in the area at that time and police say the mobile data proves he was nearby Maddie’s apartment when she was abducted that evening.
The judgment also said that when Brueckner was arrested in 2014, he was on parole for a drug charge he committed in a German city named Niebull near the border with Denmark.
While he was under investigation for child abuse, he was caught attempting to steal diesel fuel in May 2015 from a truck in a parking lot.
Then he was placed under arrest for drinking and driving in September that same year and, a couple of months afterward, he assaulted his now ex-girlfriend at a Braunschweig bus stop.
After he was thrown in jail for child abuse, Brueckner, who now serves a sentence for drug-related charges, was convicted of raping an age 72 American woman in Praia da Luz and was sentenced to seven years behind bars.
His attorneys have tried to get that conviction overturned because they claim it was a procedural error when he was extradited in 2017 to Germany from Portugal.
Authorities searched an area near Hanover last month where Brueckner was living for a time after he returned to Germany, not long after Maddie’s disappearance in Portugal.
