Woman in SC Stopped for Drunk Driving in Toy Truck

(The AEGIS Alliance) – WALHALLA, SOUTH CAROLINA – A woman in South Carolina was stopped by police for driving drunk in a toy truck. Officers say she will not be charged with a DUI because of her choice of vehicle.

According to local news outlets, police were quoted as saying that instead Megan Holman, age 25 will be charged with public intoxication. Officers say they noticed Holman taking a cruise down the road while driving an electric Power Wheels toy truck after someone called the police and reported that there was someone on the road who looked suspicious.

Police said Holman drove somewhere around a mile away from her house located in Walhalla, SC when the officers arrived to put an end to her drunken toy truck joy ride.

Travis Watkins uploaded a short video of the incident on Facebook.
