(The AEGIS Alliance) – WALHALLA, SOUTH CAROLINA – A woman in South Carolina was stopped by police for driving drunk in a toy truck. Officers say she will not be charged with a DUI because of her choice of vehicle.

Officers say they noticed Holman taking a cruise down the road while driving an electric Power Wheels toy truck after someone called the police and reported that there was someone on the road who looked suspicious.
